Every team needs a head coach, the person with one goal in mind; bringing the best team together to accomplish greatness. To be winners on the world stage. Matt aspires to smash that epic home run with bases loaded to win a world series - Well the creative equivalent anyway! Yeah, Matt likes his sports but he loves one thing more; telling great stories with style.

As all good leaders, he started from the bottom. An aspiring director with a knack for producing, he spent years developing his skills in the world of "production", working for international and national production companies in many areas of the media industry. A few of his favourite projects include Wolf Creek, Underbelly and Red Dog, which only further fuelled his passion for creativity and direction.

Matt only pursues greatness and leads by example; he's so passionate and hardworking it needs to be seen to be believed. With the logistical mind of a producer and the creative soul of a director, he's definitely a special breed.
